• Showerheads - Maximum flow rate of 9 litres per minute

• Toilets - Must have a dual flush with: maximum of 6.5 litres per full flush and maximum of 3.5 litres per full flush

• Water meter - Must have an individual meter or have bulk water delivered by a vehicle
